The
Location
THE REGENERATION OF AN ENTIRE AREA
The redevelopment of Palazzo Aporti was part of a wider local government program to redevelop the Central Station district.
This included the renovation of the station and the development of high-speed rail links with major Italian and European population centres. Public and private operators provided and still provide investment to revive the strategic district at the centre of Milan’s urban fabric.
Public redevelopment projects, such as the development of pedestrian areas with green spaces, street furniture and improved lighting made the area even more user-friendly.
THE
Connectivity
IN THE HEART OF THE CITY
Palazzo Aporti stands at the edge of Porta Nuova, the new Milan Business District, next to Central Station, hub of the transport network.
The building is easy to access thanks to the three nearby metro lines (M1, M2 and M3), the bus terminal for connections to Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio airports, and the railway station with its high-speed rail links.
